  • 聚醯亞胺(Polyimide,PI)型電子薄膜在LCD、半導體及IC 封裝之應用極為廣泛,
    目前國內所需之PI 相關材料,絕大部份由美日進口,創新薄膜科技是目前國內唯一有
    自製能力及量產PI 材料的公司,相關之PI 型IC 軟性基板更為全球第二家製造及供應
    商。此薄膜材料雖毛利甚高,然而客戶對其品質之要求極為嚴苛。和其他電子產品一樣,
    此薄膜材料同時需面對市場價格的滑落,又客戶所要求的品質卻愈來愈高。因此,如何
    使製造成本能有效的控制及降低,同時能提升原來之品質,便成了此產品能否繼續維持
    競爭力的重要考慮。有鑑於此,本研究採用田口方法(Taguchi Method),一方面期望能
    在最短時間、最低成本、最少實驗次數、最簡便的分析方法及現有資源條件下,來協助
    公司完成製程參數之穩健化設計,目標為降低20%之製造成本並同時能提升原來之品
    質水準。另一方面也希望能透過田口方法,找出影響製程之最大因素,並達到降低變異、
    改善品質、提升競爭能力之目的。
    本研究選定工廠之高分子聚合站之製程為改善標的,依田口式品質工程之實驗設
    計,選定L18 直交表,配置8 個控制因子,於每組實驗條件中試作6 件樣品,量測聚
    醯胺酸(Polyamic Acid,PAA)之黏度和其穩定性為品質特性。本研究之目的是期望能在
    最短時間內合成PAA。初步估計生產相同規格之PAA 時,若反應時間能有效縮短,則
    可由人工及製造費用的降低,來達到降低製造成本的目的。
    研究結果顯示,透過田口方法已有效降低PAA 之製造成本約235%,同時也使得線
    上加工條件得以簡化並增加效率、產品之品質也更加穩定。
