The study on the interactive idea generation platform with Visualization can help business people to establish a common language to communicate with other business people with limited resources. This platform also provides visualization solutions to help business people succeed in the market and profit. The visualization solution is a scenario planning of the cause and effect diagrams.
This study's platform allows users to manipulate the components using a database of the Operable Business model component. It clarifies the driving relationship between the various operating factors and combines our experience to find the appropriate business model development direction. The platform also integrates the entrepreneurial expertise of past platform users to make it easier for innovators or entrepreneurs to develop and construct their cause and effect diagrams of business models. They can also do online brainstorming by using the experience of the public to collect data from the past, and a common language creates visual communication among innovators or entrepreneurs in various fields. They communicate with other users to find the most appropriate business model activity link.
This study also uses the qualitative data analysis method of grounded theory to complement the knowledge of technological components in the top ten business model components. It provides further ideas on the use of technology components when planning their cause and effect diagrams.
Business people use the platform's operable business model components database to innovate or design business models. In that case, the visual solutions will help them think about the next step forward to make their business models successful.
