為了追求更低成本與更快速度的非接觸曲面測量系統,在本論文中,將提出一個新的量測方法,使用一個單點半導體雷射、一個二維圖樣半導體雷射和一個CCD相機的架構,可以同時具有曲面測量與測距兩種量測功能,並設計模糊邏輯控制器,自動調整雷射光強度,且使用視窗化軟體設計良好的人機介面以顯示曲面與測距結果。
In order to pursue more cost reduction and high-speed non-contact surface measure system, a new method is proposed. In addition, fuzzy logic controller is designed to adjust the laser intensity automatically. Next, surface and ranging results are shown under the windows via the human-machine interface.
