經過1997年的亞洲金融風暴後，印尼經濟成長率大幅下跌，而在國際貨幣基金的援助之下，印尼政府開始一連串的經濟改革，且因國內市場龐大、自然資源豐富，印尼脫離金融風暴後經濟保持穩定成長。本研究以印尼製造業為研究目標，探討廠商在後金融風暴時期的要素生產力變動，再將總要素生產力進行分解並分析印尼製造業結構調整情況。實證結果顯示印尼長期依賴外資的情況下，產業結構卻未獲適當的調整，且因印尼投資環境不佳，經濟成長多靠國內消費支撐，使印尼製造業的要素配置及產業結構仍需作適當的調整與配適。

After the Asian financial crisis in 1997, Indonesia's economic growth rate fell sharply. Under the assistance of the International Monetary Fund, the Indonesian government began a series of economic reforms. Because of the huge domestic market and abundant natural resources, Indonesia's economy has maintained steady growth after Global Financial Crisis (2008). The Indonesian manufacturing sector is the main goal in this study. The study explores manufacturers’ total factor productivity (TFP) through changes after the damage of financial crisis and decomposes TFP to analyze the restructuring of manufacturing industry in Indonesia. Empirical results show that under Indonesia's long-term reliance on foreign capital, the industrial structure has not been appropriately adjusted. Moreover, due to poor investment environment, economic growth relies too heavily on domestic consumption. Therefore, factor allocation and industrial structure in Indonesia need to make appropriate adjustment.
