所謂供應鏈管理(Supply Chain Management, SCM),就是把生產過程從原材料和零部件採購、運輸、加工、分銷直到把產品送到最终消费者手中,作為一個環環相扣的完整鏈條,通過用現代信息技術武裝起来的計畫、控制和協調等經營活動,实實現整個供應鏈的系統優化,和他各個環節的高效率的信息交換,達到成本最低,服務最好的目的。供應鏈管理是一套全新的管理理念,滲透到企業發展戰略、生產策略、市場營銷、財務管理、信息系统和人力資源等方面。供應鏈管理強調環節與環節之間的配合與效率,通過合作與優化流程去創造價值。
本研究以國內知名綠化節源供應鏈管理之台達電子公司為個案,依據對此個案之探討結果,提出下列建議:
一、對產業界:建議業界因應目前及未來市場競爭壓力,籌設或改善供應鏈品質管理之組織,協助供應鏈品質管理之標準,以利業界廠商適從,進而提升我國產業之國際水準。
二、對供應鏈上游廠商:本研究主要建議應主動積極建立供應商的輔導機制,從原物料的供應開始,有效提升上游供應商的原料品管能力。
三、對供應鏈下游之客戶:本研究建議,面對下游客戶的基本態度,應以「快速回應」為原則;除了整合對下游客戶原料品質服務管理機制之外,還須保持準確有效的空間,權宜行事。
四、廠商之內部作業:供應鏈品質管理之導入初期,可利用建立內部標準化,以免除人力、資源及成本之浪費;並透過對內溝通,使員工了解供應鏈品質管理之必要,進而整合各功能部門,共同品質管理之整體作業。

What’s called SCM (Supply Chain Management, SCM)? Exactly that is let product production flow to separate from raw material’s purchasing, shipping, processing and distributing to end customer, then to form and to complete a tighten SCM loop. By way of the plan, control and coordinate business activities which how to using armed modern information technology and more highly efficiency information exchange to achieve objectives which likes excellent SCM system, lowest cost, best service. SCM is a new management concept to permeate in business’s development & production strategies, marketing, financial management, information system and human-resource etc. SCM to emphasize cooperate and efficiency each loops then through by cooperated and optimum process to create value.
This research is based on internal famous of green & economize power company Delta electronics INC then according conferred results to bring up some suggestions below:
1. To industries:Suggest that industries should pay attention to marketing
competitive stress from now to future. To plan or improve SCM organization
and help to build standard of quality management then let industries to
follow and get advantages that proceed to promote our country relative
industries international level.
2. To SCM upper strata:This research main suggest that SCM should active to
build supplier guidance and assistance reactions start from raw material
then effective promote SCM top flow supplier’s quality control abilities.
3. To SCM lower strata customer: Suggest that when to confront lower strata
customer, we should proceed “Quickly reaction” principles., to except
integrated reaction of raw material’s quality & service management to lower
strata customer. Otherwise, we should keep exact and effective space to a
makeshift device.
4. To supplier internal operation:Regarding SCM introducing initial stage that
we could proceed to build internal standardization to avoid manpower,
resources and cost be wasted. Through by internal communicate that let
employees to understand necessity for SCM quality management then proceed
to integrating and cooperating all of functional departments to maintain
whole quality management operations
