This study aims to investigate the relationship among employees’ job insecurity, work value, job satisfaction, and presenteeism. It is found that employees’ job insecurity is negative related to job satisfaction, work value, and presenteeism. Work value is found to be positively related to job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction is positively related to presenteeism. Managerial implications and recommendations for future research are thus discussed.
