近年來,物聯網(Internet Of Things ,IOT)已成為各行業中的趨勢,許多人已經採用且實際應用了多年。儘管物聯網起初可能影響營建產業,但它已經對從業者於產業中生意往來的方式產生改變。本研究的目的在於探究營建產業從業人員對於物聯網應用導入營建產業的使用意願因素。本研究之假設引用整合性科技接受模式為理論基礎,包含5個主要假設以及六個構面與33個問項,用以探討績效預期、努力預期、社會影響與促成條件等四個變項對於使用意圖與使用行為的影響。
研究對象針對經驗豐富之營建產業從業人員,並進行前測問卷以供正式問卷之調整與修正,正式問卷分為七個部分共計33題。正式問卷發放280份後回收有效問卷計232份,應用六個分析方式(敘述性統計分析、信度分析、效度分析、T檢定、單因子變異數分析與結構方程模型)來探索意願。分析後所得之結果支持前三項假設,包括:(1)績效預期顯著影響使用者採用IOT的意願、(2)努力預期顯著影響使用者採用IOT的意願、(3)社會影響顯著影響使用者採用IOT的意願。
Internet Of Things (IOT) has become a popular tendency among industries. Many have already adopted and put it into practice for years. Although IOT may initially influence the construction industry, it has triggered the practitioners’ incentive to change the way people conduct business in the industry. The objective of the research is to figure out the impact factors that influence practitioners’ willingness of adpoting IOT in Taiwan construction industry. The research hypothesis was developed using literature review and the concept of Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTUAT). A comprehensive literature review develops the UTUAT framework and hypotheses including 5 main hypotheses and 6 aspects and 33 stems. A pilot study, which is aimed at well experienced practitioners in the industry is carried out before the full-scaled survey to adjust the stems. The adjusted questionnaire has 31 stems belonging to 7 aspects and is distributed to practitioners. 232 returns out of 280 in total are collected and 6 analyses (descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and structural equation modeling) are applied to explore the willingness. The findings hold the first three hypotheses including that: (1) anticipated benefits significantly affect users’ willingness of adopting IOT; (2) anticipated efforts significantly affect users’ willingness of adopting IOT; (3) society expectation significantly affect users’ willingness of adopting IOT.
