  • 本研究參考過去文獻,找出適當評估準則,以此系統為實證系統,試圖驗證系統品質、資訊品質及系統使用程度是否會影響系統成功。另外本研究亦用個案訪談方式,希望找出更多影響使用者滿意度的因素。研究的結論與建議如以下所述。
    1.系統品質對系統成功有顯著影響
    2.資訊品質對系統成功有顯著影響
    3.系統使用程度對系統成功無顯著影響
    本研究最後提出綜合建議及後續研究建議。綜合建議包括(一)與業者原本資訊系統相容性應該提高;(二)強化系統操作功能;(三)與路透即時資訊系統相容性提高;(四)款券限制放寬與統一交割期限;(五)成本降低;(六)系統參與業者採取會員制方式,利益由會員共享。後續研究建議包括本研究模型與針對不同類型交易系統進行實徵研究與比較。
