本篇論文的內容是關於Bezier Curve對於電路模型、電路模擬、電路繪圖方面的應用。首先對一階、二接、與高階Bezier Curve做基本的介紹,以及利用Bezier Curve來完成OP放大器的數學模型再利用Bezier Curve構成的電路元件模型來模擬有關OP放大器的電路,接著是利用Bezier Curve來完成MOSFET的數學模型再利用Bezier Curve構成的電路元件模型來模擬有關MOSFET的電路,並且說明這種模型在模擬上可以降低一些問題的發生的機會。最後說明用數個Bezier Curve來組成所有電路元件的圖形的方法,這個方法可以減少我們在畫電路圖所花的時間與錯誤。
In this thesis, we use Bezier Curve for simulating electronic circuit and drawing circuit symbols. First, we introduce first-order Bezier Curve, second-order Bezier Curve, and higher-order Bezier Curve. Then, we use Bezier Curve to develop the device models of operation amplifier and MOSFET. These models will be used for some circuit simulations. Certainly, we will mention the advantages of the Bezier Curve. At last, we show Bezier Curves can be used to construct any electronic circuit symbol such as an inductor.
