本論文首先發展一整數規劃模型(I.P. Model),以求得以往未被解決之訂單生產模式環境下,BOM內各品項生產規劃之決策問題的最佳解。此數學模型同時考慮MTO與MTS決策不同時之存貨成本、缺貨成本、設置成本和延遲交貨成本,目的為同時找到BOM內各品項之生產規劃方式及生產製造時間和數量。
由於時間規劃幅度與BOM內層級與品項數增加時,I.P. Model所需考慮之變數及限制式將大幅增加,故吾人進而發展一啟發式演算法,此演算法係利用尋找鄰近解的概念發展,首先針對此問題提出一尋找初始解的演算法,接著針對初始解提出此問題鄰近解的搜尋法則,最後利用此鄰近解的搜尋法則之概念來發展出最終的啟發式演算法。本論文經由實驗數據證明此一啟發式演算法相較於最佳解解法在求解大型問題時,是一能節省大量解題時間且解答品質與最佳解解法相近的方法。
