旋轉機械在工業界被廣泛的使用,如渦輪機、發電機、馬達等。由於材料結構本身固有的缺陷或製造過程中所造成的瑕疵,因此系統不可避免都有類似裂縫的缺陷存在,而裂縫對轉子或多或少會產生影響,而會有哪些影響呢?本文透過理論分析模擬含裂縫轉子系統,對其動態行為及振動情形加以分析。
本文利用傳遞矩陣法將系統分解為若干可撓性軸、剛性圓盤、軸承支撐等組成單元,並分別建立其傳遞矩陣,再連乘組合起來成為整個系統之傳遞矩陣。代入適當邊界條件後,求得系統在各轉速下的自然振頻以及振型。其中裂縫之模擬乃利用Dimarogonas根據破壞力學求得柔度值。而利用彈簧及阻尼模擬軸承支撐。分析結果顯示裂縫位置及深度對各個模態影響均不同。
