本研究針對高科技產業供電品質進行調查統計,而優良供電品質對高科技產業相當重要,供電品質異常時可能對產業的製程造成重大影響,因此電業對高科技產業園區的供電品質相當重視,本研究即對高科技產業之電壓驟降供電品質議題進行調查統計,提出合適的管理策略來提升用戶的滿意度。
本研究首先說明品質管理方法與供電業之顧客滿意度調查統計方式,包括品質管理理系統的運作方式、六個標準差之精神,以及供電業滿意度指標;其次簡介個案公司之營業現狀,強弱勢與機會威脅分析;接著介紹高科技產業園區用戶最重視之電力品質相關的國際標準,定義統計指標,並說明所建置之供電品質監測系統,進行供電異常之監測與事故檢討;然後提出台灣高科技產業園區2006 – 2011年之供電品質監測結果與統計分類,並分析電力事件所造成之各年度之累積統計分布走勢,經與國外監測結果比較,顯示國內電壓驟降發生統計指標優於美國與加拿大,此對國內廠家具鼓舞作用。
之後探討電力公司對高科技產業供電品質的改善策略,包括結合智慧電網技術於供電品質改善;而後說明民國100年於高壓工業用戶所做滿意度調查成果之解析,結果顯示超過95%的用戶給予正面評價,而滿意度分數亦與一般服務業最佳之評分接近。
This thesis focuses on investigation and statistics of voltage sags related to power quality at High-Tech Industry in power system of Taiwan Power Company. Excellent power quality is crucial for high-tech industries. While power supply becoming abnormal the production process of the industry may have a significant impact, so the power quality of high-tech industrial park is considerably important. In this study, the high-tech industry power quality issues are discussed and the appropriate management strategies are also proposed to enhance customer satisfaction. By carefully checking the measurement results, some recommended solutions to mitigating power quality problems will be provided to utility and customers.
Firstly, the customer satisfaction index to electricity supply and industry quality management methods including the operation of the quality management system and Six Sigma spirit are investigated in this paper. The business status and SWOT analysis of a case company are also described.
Then, the voltage sag and its international standard as well as Taipower voltage sag monitoring system, which has been installed in some high-tech industrial parks are introduced. The 6 years data from 2006 to 2011 in three major Science-Based Industrial Parks on voltage sags classified by causes and severity are analyzed. Based on the cumulative statistical distribution chart of happened event number, it reveals a clear downward trend year by year. The performance could be accredited to the joint effort among utility and customers for many years. By comparing domestic and foreign researches, Taipower’s index of power supply has well satisfied most customers. It is much better than the United States and Canada. This result gives a lot of positive encouragement to the domestic industry on quality of power supply.
Moreover, according to a customer satisfaction survey about power supply, over 95% of customers give positive assessment, and the evaluation score approximate the optimal score of service industry.
