隨著產品品質上要求,三次元量床(coordinate measuring machines,CMM)在工業界上的使用已相當普遍。量床種類有接觸式及非接觸式兩種,由於接觸式量床量測精度高,也方便撰寫量測程式,更可以修改量測路徑做彈性的應用,相對於非接觸式量測,缺點在於量測速度慢及無法對軟性物質進行量測,優點在於高精度以及對基本尺寸的檢驗甚至是凹孔特徵的量測,其適用性都較非接觸式量測為廣。本篇論文主旨在討論以CAD模型為依據,針對接觸式量床,發展量測路徑自動規劃技術。
量測路徑規劃內容包括:產生量測點與後退點、探針角度自動判斷、碰撞迴避、碰撞偵測以及路徑模擬等。經由CAD模型的曲線和曲面,以短時間且簡單的步驟獲得量測點與後退點,再配合適當的探針角度,此時的路徑可能有碰撞的情況,需要適當的碰撞迴避及碰撞偵測機制,輔助達到無碰撞狀態。開發虛擬環境,在量床上線量測前,先在軟體內模擬量測狀況,也可對路徑各參數加以修改及再規劃,以達到合適的量測路徑。
