  • 近年來,隨著貿易環境不斷的改變,以出口為經濟導向的台灣,面臨重大考驗,唯有不斷轉型才跟的上國際腳步,而電子商務的興起,所隱含的商機及便利性,又會對出口銷售總額或是整體出口市場活躍度造成的影響。本文希望藉由此次研究讓台灣出口企業了解若欲與電子商務結合發展,需具備何種條件,提供企業決策者在面對國際市場時更多層面的策略考量。本研究係利用100年電腦產業廠商調查資料,針對中華民國行業標準分類中產業27的台灣電腦、電子產品及光學製品製造業的資料,以Probit Model 及 Tobit Model 進行分析。
    實證結果顯示,有採用網路採購的廠商,其外銷機率和外銷比例皆明顯較高。隨著廠商規模增加,網路採購對外銷績效的提升效果愈大。至於網路銷售對廠商外銷表現的影響則較不明顯。此外,其他廠商特性變數方面,廠齡、廠商規模、外資企業、對外投資、自有品牌、勞動生產力,以及研發密集度和外銷機率及外銷比例大多數皆呈正向顯著之關聯性。


    This paper uses firm-level data of 2011 manufacturing industry of computer to determine what factors affects the firm’s total export and export ratio. And in analyzing the determinants of firms using e-commerce technology, our results show that elder firms , that have higher R&D expenditure, foreign investments and every scales of firms, more willing to adopt the e-commerce.

    Furthermore, e-commerce has divided into two parts: E-buy and E-sale in this research, more industries will attend to adopt E-buy not E-sale. Our research regards Probit Model and Tobit Model to analysis and showed the empirical evidence to display above- mentioned.
