  • 用來評估倉儲系統的效能一般最常見的是物料平均存取時間,以往有關自動倉儲的研究,大多著重於單載量的設計,雖然單載量的AS/R系統具有控制簡單的優點,但由於存取機經常空車往返,所以物料平均存取時間常常無法有效降低。尤其在少量多樣的製造業裝配線上,一道取貨需求往往可能包含多項物料,而物料與物料之間也常存有某種程度的相關性,且此種相關性會隨著時間而有所變化。但是就傳統單載量AS/R系統的設計而言,即使已經存放於鄰近位置的物料,也必須來回存取多次,非常費時。
    本研究為改善傳統單載量AS/R系統的缺點,故提出一套運用多載量存取機的新系統,此系統主要特徵有(1)存貨暫存區與捷徑之設置,以減少不必要的存取動作、(2)觀察遞增率並動態調整物料相關性以安排較佳之存貨位置,此外存取路徑的決定也考慮無成本區的觀念以求減少時間成本的浪費。
