本篇論文利用掌性催化劑33與查耳酮14和過氧化三級丁基 ( tert-Butyl hydroperoxide, TBHP ) 進行具鏡像選擇性的環氧化反應 ( enantioselective epoxidation )。改變不同的反應條件,例如:溫度、溶劑、催化劑官能基修飾,以便找到最合適的反應條件。
A simple catalytic enantioselective epoxidation of chalcones has been developed, which was catalyzed by diphenyl-functionalized chiral 2-piperidineethanol using tert-Butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) as the oxidant. We have attempted to find the optimization of the reaction conditions for the enantioselective epoxidation.
