  • 全民學校提供一個教與學的網路平台,教學者可利用此平台進行知識傳授與分享,學習者亦可獲取知識。但是經營網路課程並不容易,教師必須花費時間與精力於此,若教師無法完成課程,則會讓學習者無法得知可學習的課程,管理者亦必須花時間加以審核評估。
    因此,本論文設計課程管理機制,對於課程流程給予監控,讓管理者可得知課程運作狀態及協助課程審核,並將課程管理結果透過課程媒合機制,提供符合學習者興趣及行為模式的課程資訊給學習者。
      研究結果得知,課程管理機制的輔助節省管理者對於課程管理所必須付出的時間及精力,並能提功課程品質維護上的幫助;課程媒合機制主動提供課程訊息,除讓學習者獲得其所感興趣的課程,亦能讓其它領域課程增加其課程選修的機會。


    School-for-All provides a Web-based environment for everyone to teach and learn; that is, everyone can teach and share his/her knowledge as an instructor, or acquire knowledge from teachers and peers as a learner. Yet it is both time- and effort-consuming for instructors to operate an online course; furthermore, it is hard for learners to tell whether a course is operated well before it is taken. To help instructors manage their courses and to provide learners courses with good quality, it is a heavy work for course administrator to verify and evaluate all the online courses constantly.
    This paper designs two mechanisms: Course Management Mechanism, which assists administrators in monitoring courses’ process, courses’ status, and courses’ scheme verification, and Course Matching Mechanism, which assists learners in acquiring course’ information in accordance with learners’ interest and learning behavior.
    Two results were revealed after the implementation. First, Course Management Mechanism decreases administrator’s time and effort in monitoring courses’ process and promoting quality of course. Second, Course Matching Mechanism’s active provision of course information not only has learners acquire the information of courses which suitable to them, but also increases the chance of those courses which are not in learners’ interest lists to be taken.
