Among various multi-antenna technologies of mobile communication, differential spatial modulation (DSM) is a multi-antenna technique that uses only one antenna to transmit signals at a time and avoids pilot overhead. Traditional DSM uses a two-block differential detector, and its error rate is significantly different from that of coherent detection. Based on the existing low-complexity two-block differential detection, the thesis proposes a multiple block differential detection method, and makes its error rate close to the error rate of coherent detection, while taking into account the low complexity requirements. In addition to the original MPSK signal, we also use low-complexity multiple block detection for APSK signal, but in this case, the original detection formula cannot be used, so we propose a new detection formula. As the block length increases, its error rate can approach coherent detection.
