提升房屋檢驗行業的整體品質至關重要，對於完成培訓課程的房屋檢驗專業人員而言，有必要在其檢驗工作和相應報告中始終展現高品質標準，其應該反映出更高水準的專業素養。該研究旨在實現兩個主要目標：(1) 建立全面的房屋檢驗人員培訓計劃，以提升其整體品質，(2) 制定驗屋點交人員的能力標準，以整合和完善房屋檢驗系統。透過文獻回顧建立專家訪談問題，並針對擁有至少7年相關經驗的專業人士進行專家訪談。來自8位專家的見解有助於制定一個包括3個級別、總時數為58學分小時的培訓課程。此外，本研究還提供了一個案例研究，提出了房屋檢驗專業人員的能力標準建議。

To elevate the overall quality of the house inspection industry, it is imperative that house inspection professionals, upon completing training courses, consistently demonstrate high-quality standards in both their inspection work and ensuing reports, which should reflect an elevated level of professionalism. The study aims to achieve two primary objectives: (1) establish a comprehensive training program for house inspection personnel to enhance their overall quality, and (2) formulate competency standards for house inspection delivery personnel to integrate and refine the house inspection system. The literature review prompts questions for expert interviews targeting professionals with at least 7 years of relevant experience. Insights from 8 experts contribute to the development of a training course comprising 3 levels with a total duration of 58 credit hours. Additionally, the study produces a case study presenting a proposal for the competency standards for house inspection professionals.
