  • 本研究透過專家訪談與文獻探討的方式,蒐集與分析相關資料,整理出工程專業人員的職能構面,以及各項職能的關鍵行為事例,最後透過量化的方式,製作問卷大量施測,並使用信度、項目、因素、迴歸分析等統計方法,驗證上述職能構面,觀察各項職能構面對於工作績效的預測程度。
    根據分析結果指出,工程專業人員所需具備的職能需求有:主動進取、團隊溝通與合作、成就導向、邏輯推理與分析等四項,經由迴歸分析的結果看出,上述四項職能構面對於工作績效的解釋能力有62.7%,相當程度地說明研究結果之職能需求構面能夠有效預測個案公司工程專業人員之工作績效。
    最後針對個案公司企業文化、產業環境與工作內容之所需,就個別職能需求項目加以解釋,並據此提出應用於人力資源管理實務之建議,提供高科技公司管理工程專業人員時之參考。
