汽車產業在售後市場的需求日漸增加,對服務客戶與企業管理的要求亦加精進。本文藉由民國95 年行政院主計處的工商及服務業調查資料探討臺灣汽車批發與零售商的技術效率之決定因素,與其對績效的影響。研究方法使用資料包絡分析作為第一階段的技術效率評估,而第二階段以Tobit model 探討影響技術效率的決定因素。實證結果顯示,小規模廠商的研發能力愈強,技術效率愈高;擁有自有品牌對大規模的廠商影響顯著,是決定大型廠商技術效率的主要因素;員工訓練支出在中小規模的廠商對技術效率的影響是正向顯著的。另外亦加入僅從事批發廠商進行評估,發現自有品牌此參數仍然是影響批發商技術效率的重要決定因素。
The after sales market in automotive industry's demand is increasingly overtime.This thesis explores the determinants of technical efficiencies on wholesalers and retailers. Using the data from the Executive Yuan in 2006. The data envelopment analysis (DEA) and the Tobit model is used in this thesis. The empirical results show that, the technical efficiency is increased with the R&D capabilities for the small-size companies. Furthermore, owning brand is very importance on large-size companies. The impact of employee training expenditures on small and medium-sized firms is
positively significant. Moreover, it is found that, the brand is the dominate factor of the technical efficiency on the wholesale-only firms.
