在十倍速時代的今日,顧客的需求變化越來越大,產品生命週期也越來越短。企業為了面對需求的不確定,一方面將業務委外以減少投資的風險,另一方面則與委外廠商緊密結合爭取快速反應市場變化。供應鏈之間成員需要更密切的合作,所以供應鏈成員間互相協調以及資訊分享的需求也越來越高。
資訊科技的導入可以加快供應鏈成員間的資訊分享、增加溝通的資訊量並降低溝通的成本(Malon, 1987)。利用跨組織資訊系統建構電子化供應鏈管理成為供應鏈管理的趨勢。如同供應鏈的效益取決於所有參與成員的整合一樣,跨組織資訊系統的成功也取決於所有參與成員的整合(Premkumar et al., 1994)。如何鼓勵供應鏈成員導入以及繼續使用跨組織資訊系統,以維持供應鏈的競爭力,成為一個重要的議題。
台灣是世界上主要的 IT 生產中心之一,生產型態主要是以接受國際大廠OEM或ODM訂單為主。整個產業體系裡除了少數大廠外,絕大部分是中小型的供應商。如何透過跨組織資訊系統有效結合上游這些成千上百供應商共同應付國際大廠的壓力,更是攸關整個產業的競爭力。
本研究參考Hart and Saunders (1997)「信任是跨組織資訊系統使用的主要影響因素」觀點,經過文獻探討後推導出本研究架構,並以「B計畫」供應商為實徵樣本,結果發現:(1)供應商對中心廠的知識式信任會正向影響供應商跨組織資訊系統使用。(2)供應商對中心廠的計算式信任會正向影響供應商對中心廠的知識式信任。(3)中心廠使用強制策略會反向影響供應商對中心廠的計算式信任。(4)中心廠使用非強制策略會正向影響供應商對中心廠的計算式信任。(5)供應商使用跨組織資訊系統後的滿意會正向影響供應商對中心廠的知識式信任。
