有隨機右設限存活資料的雙樣本和多樣本相關問題。首先修正單尾加權
Kaplan-Meier 檢定為雙尾之檢定。其次,在雙樣本檢定問題中,為考量共變數之
影響,並且能夠及早結束動物實驗或臨床試驗,推廣Li (1999)所提之群序列雙樣
本加權Kaplan-Meier 檢定,建立調整共變數後之群序列雙樣本加權Kaplan-Meier
檢定。最後,就多組具有右設限的存活資料,檢定多樣本問題中有關存活函數之
傘形對立假說。針對傘頂已知或未知情形,推廣雙樣本加權Kaplan-Meier 統計
量建構適當之檢定方法。本論文使用蒙地卡羅方法在具有早期、中期、晚期、等
比例或交叉危險函數差異的成段指數分布下,研究本文所提檢定方法在小樣本情
形下的水準及檢定力表現。最後,引用適當的數據加以分析。
