由於WiMAX系統支援各種不同的傳輸服務,其傳輸速率、占用頻寬、服務品質要求各不相同,為求系統資源的最有效利用、以便服務最多用戶並提供最佳服務品質,嚴謹的無線資源管理是非常重要的課題方向。故本篇目的在於提出使用於BS上資源管理系統中的允入控制與排程機制架構,主要期望提供ERT-VR (其中包含新進連線(New Call)及換手機制連線(Handoff Call))此訊務量之較低系統阻絕率、最短延遲時間及在符合用戶所要求頻寬條件下不至於影響其餘訊務類別傳輸效率。
本篇研究以提出的系統與以往的系統WFQ/PQ及以往研究中使用之CAC機制用於802.16-2005上作一個比較,藉由所提出的允入控制法則、第一階段排程機制和第二階段排程機制此三部份,分別提出適於802.16-2005上的機制,最後由模擬証明在各訊務阻絕率及延遲時間表現上,本系統整體性能較使用WFQ/PQ系統為佳。
Due to WiMAX system supports various traffic service, the traffic rate、 required bandwidth and maximum delay time of each traffic service are different. To serve the maximum number of user、 to supply best quality and service and to utilize system resource efficiently, it is very important to manage wireless bandwidth. We propose connection admission control (CAC) and scheduling mechanism to enhance efficiency in resource management system of 802.16-2005 base station(BS).Our purpose is to provide ERT-VR (VoIP) traffic lower blocking rate and to reduce transmission delay time, moreover, it does not affect output data rate of other types of traffic.
Furthermore, this paper compares our proposed scheme with previous WFQ/PQ and CAC mechanism in 802.16-2005, through the proposed admission control scheme, first level and second level of scheduling. Finally, we prove that our system is better both in blocking rate and transmission delay by simulation result.
