This research proposed a mental rotation training system with 3D image and interactive control system, and to observe if these attitudes would affect users improvement and acceptance during mental rotation training. The study recruited 79 people between 19 and 29 years old, including 37 males and 42 females(37M42F). They were grouped into experiment group(18M19F) and control group(19M23F). Users in experiment group trained mental rotation ability with 3D image and interactive control system. And control group were not. Although the results showed that there is no significant difference in improvement between two groups. But there is significant difference in playfulness and behavioral intention. Furthermore, this study observed some difference between males and females. Women showed more interested than men particularly in experiment group. This acceptance difference reflected to improvement difference in experiment group.
