  • 本研究係採用2000年台灣積體電路廠商公開說書與股東大會說明書,共取得66家廠商之經理人員共166人、董監事人員共170人之背景資料來進行分析,而在理論與分析方法的採用上,本文是主要利用Granovtter(1973) 所提出弱連帶優勢理論與巨分子模型工具,結果發現在高階經理人與董監事部份均呈現高度密集的團體內強連帶關係,且存在具有密切之團體間弱連帶關係,根據弱連帶優勢理論,我們可以指出台灣積體電路產業的人際關係社會網絡是處於較佳的訊息流通環境。
