企業的成敗將決定於其是否擁有最優秀的人才,而誰能將人才資源做最有效的配置及運用,誰就能擁有最佳的競爭優勢。然而;優秀的人才是不會憑空而來的,企業必須要有一套完善的人力資源策略與管理措施方能竟其功。在人力資源管理體系中,績效管理是非常重要的一環。我們都知道雇用、績效管理、訓練與發展及薪酬管理是人力資源管理的重要管理活動,其中績效管理制度是整體人力資源管理體系的核心。
本研究主要探討個案公司在績效管理制度的變革中,不同人口特性之員工對新績效管理制度的感受及其間是否有差異,進而尋求改善之道。亦探討績效管理流程各制度對新績效管理制度的整體滿意度之影響。針對新績效管理制度問題提出建議與改善,以利個案公司改進其績效管理制度,進而提升其人力資本素質;並提供其他企業在推行績效管理制度時,做為借鏡之用。
研究結果發現個案公司的員工對新績效管理制度是感到滿意的,且新績效管理制度在績效標準的協定、績效面談及整體績效管理制度的滿意度上的認同度均明顯高於舊績效管理制度。績效管理制度的滿意度,不受人口統計變項的影響,但受績效管理的制度所影響。
