隨著網際網路技術的發達以及網頁與網站製作軟體的精進,大量的知識開始利用網頁與網站的方式展現與傳播,而網際網路遂成為知識擷取的一大寶庫。
近年來網際網路中之知識的快速增加,具備效率與效益之知識查詢工具對於使用者來說更顯重要。因此本研究規劃設計建立一個能夠提升環境知識查詢效率與效益之知識查詢介面,利用與查詢關鍵詞具備語意相關之GEMET環境詞彙,搭配GEMET環境詞彙定義擷取詞以及具備統計相關之環境知識特徵詞彙集合篩選與過濾網際網路中資訊與知識,分析網頁內文中之環境詞彙出現次數給予評分,最終在使用者查詢時依照評分之高低依序提供給使用者,以提升使用者查詢環境知識時之效率與效益。
透過分析與統計Google搜尋引擎與環境知識查詢介面之查詢結果,本研究認為加入語意相關以及統計相關之詞彙集合作為篩選與排序查詢結果,其能夠提升查詢結果中出現環境知識之比例,並且能夠將符合環境知識範疇之網頁排序優先,因此環境知識查詢介面在環境知識的查詢上,的確能夠提升使用者查詢環境知識之效率與效益,達成系統之建置目的。
Following the development of internet techology and the advance of the software which is used to establish webpages and websites, more and more knowledge is expressed and transfered by the form of webpages and websites. So the internet becomes a big treasury of mining knowledge.
With the increasing of knowledge in the internet rapidly, an efficient and effective knowledge querying tool is more important to users. So this reaserch planing and designing to establish a knowledge querying interface which could improve the efficiency and effectiveness of querying enviromental knowledge. Using GEMET which is related to querying keywords in semantics and the terms retrieving from the definition of GEMET and the articles of environmental knowledge to sieve and filter the information and knowledge in the internet. And then analysing the content of webpages, giving score by the appearance frequency of environmental terms. Finaly, when users querying environmental knowledge, Environmental Knowledge Querying Interface will sort the querying result by score. So users could get more efficiency and effectiveness by the advanced querying result.
By analysing and calculating the result of Google search enginee and Environmental Knowledge Querying Interface, the conclusion of this research is that using terms which are related to querying keywords in semantics and statistics really could improve the querying result quality. There will be more environmental knowledge appreance in the querying result, and the environmental knowledge will be sorted first. So Environmental Knowledge Querying Interface really could increase the efficiency and effectiveness of querying environmental knowledge.
