全球服務業中,醫療健康保健及旅遊業是已經成熟的產業。然而,多數業者仍專注於本身服務價值的提升,卻無法獲得突破性的發展。近年來,由於各地區醫療品質的提升及個人對健康的重視,對於在國內顧客等候就醫時間過長和醫療費用高的現象感到不滿意。因此透過產業策略上的整合,發展出一套結合醫療與旅遊的概念。在現階段中,醫療與觀光產業整合發展上仍然各自為政,產業間保持舊有的運作方式,造成在協同流程設計及資訊交換無法有效的結合與溝通外,也使得過多的資源浪費未能有效的運用,無法達到預期的功效。
本研究目的在提出一個服務導向的服務整合性平台,協助開發團隊進行協同設計及資訊交換。此平台以服務導向為資訊系統架構,同時結合快速應用系統開發環境,提供有價值的服務資源、活動以及資訊。最後,透過UML作為分析與設計上的工具,有系統的描述整合性平台上所有相關活動的流程。藉由此平台以達到醫療與觀光產業的整合。
In global service industry, the medical health care and the tourism are the mature industries. Most of the entrepreneurs focus on the promotion of service value, but still do not have the great breakthrough in their development. In recent years, due to the promotion of medical service and the awareness of personal health care, consumers are not satisfied with long waiting lists and the costs. In the present stage, the medical and the travel industries still operate their businesses in their own way. However, the original operating system has caused the coordination process design and the information exchange can’t be combined effectively and the waste of resources. Hence, the industries are unable to achieve anticipated effect.
The purpose of this study is to propose a service platform in order to assist the development of coordinate design and the information exchange. Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) is to create the information system as prototype and integrate Rapid Application Development (RAD) simultaneously. It not only provides the valuable service resources but also activities and information. Finally, by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the method of analysis and design, UML will be able to study the processes of platform and all related activities flow and hope the platform can achieve the integration of the medical and the travel industries.
