本文主要是從噪音的頻率特性來區別電動機車中所產生的異音;分析所量測之運轉噪音信號並對應轉速信號可歸納相關元件之異音頻率;以模態測試探討結構自然頻率是為解釋共振音之必要途徑;將馬達以低轉速操作且觀察其噪音與控制器輸入馬達的電壓時頻譜,並將以上噪音信號施以帶通濾波並回放(playback)可以實際感受各種異音對人體的主觀影響,最後再對傳動系統進行封包,以局部消除噪音的方式確定各個異音來源和噪音與結構之間的關聯性。研究中以兩種不同傳動型態電動機車作為探討對象,A型試驗車是以無段變速系統作為變速機構,並輔以兩組齒輪減速;B型試驗車則是以行星齒輪組作為變速機構,並輔以四組齒輪減速。由於此兩型電動車也是一般市面上常見的電動車型,故以此作為電動機車異音源分析的研究對象,以作為日後設計修改的參考。
