  • 摘要
    目前有許多重症病患需要做長時間的監控與照顧,為了使照護系統達到自動化,減少看護的人力以及減輕看護者的負擔,我們使用一台攝影機,利用影像處理的方法發展出一套看護系統,監看且照顧重症病患或無法用言語表達的病人。其主要功能有,第一,利用此系統自動量測病人的身高,當病人躺在床上或站在特定點上能馬上得知其身高,並提供此資訊給其他子計畫,使其有依據自動調整病床至適合的長度及角度。第二,當病人下床走動時,能加以追蹤,並且判斷是否有意外狀況發生。第三,藉由辨識病人的手勢來了解他們的需求。第四,辨識病人表情,若有痛苦表情時,能夠發出警告通知醫護人員。


    Abstract
    Because there are so many patients who need to be taken care and observed. A single camera and image processing technique is utilized to develop the system and the following tasks are achieved. 1. When the patient lies on the sickbed, we can measure the position and height of the patient’s body and provide the data to the second subproject to adjust the sickbed such that the patient can be much comfortable. 2. When the patient leaves the sickbed, we can track the location of the patient and detect if there is any accident happened. 3. According to the recognized gesture of the patient, we can understand what he (or she) wants or whether he (or she) needs some help. Then we can know the requirement or feeling of the patient. 4. The system can also recognize the expression of the patient. If the system detects pain expression, there will be alarm sound to notice nurses.
