摘要
電火工品的可靠度壽命實驗是了解預測其操作與庫儲年限及建立後勤支援與品保規範的重要依據。但由於軍事需要與製造的嚴格控管,使得電火工品的壽命年限較長,對於此類高可靠度的產品必須採用加速失效實驗來加速觀察產品的失效。本文以溫度做為加速失效因子,在加速失效模型下引爆電火工品,得到是否失效之二元數據,並提出不同方法決定主觀或客觀先驗分佈,以得到電火工品可靠度貝氏推論,並比較不同方法之結果。另對庫存之電火工品做貝氏零失效可靠度示範實驗,了解若要證明產品是否仍具有預期之標準,求得所需實驗之最小的樣本數—實驗時間。
