摘要
本文主要利用有限元素軟體MARC模擬軸對稱擠製問題,並將模擬結果與陳[19]之實驗及吳[22]之上界限理論互作驗證,以驗證MARC之妥適性。文中主要為分析胚料通過不同模具幾何形狀(直線、拋物線與最佳化實驗曲線)之擠製加工比較,分析在不同模具長度、縮減率與摩擦係數等加工參數下,其擠製負荷、模具出口剪應變與金屬流動的變化情形。
由文中結果可知,MARC對於分析軸對稱擠製問題,在定性與定量上皆與實驗具一致性。且其在模具出口之剪應變預測性,在定性上明顯優於UB法所得之結果。在不同模具幾何形狀之比較上,發現經最佳化之實驗曲線,其所需之擠製成形力最小,但隨著斷面縮減率的增加與模長縮短的狀況下,其將無此優勢存在。
