隨著資訊科技進步與商業環境的變化，過去以緊耦合架構所設計之商業流程系統，有以下問題：(1)工作流程引擎與異質技術整合困難、(2)應用程式整合有過多的資料交換格式、(3)企業間流程整合規範格式過於複雜且作業有限，基於上述問題，本研究提出以Web Services分散式處理技術，建構商業流程之服務導向架構概念，並具下列特性：(1)支援Thin Client前端介面、(2)整合資訊系統、(3)企業間流程整合、(4)異質資訊系統整合與(5)可動態調整商業流程。
本研究依據MDA軟體開發生命週期為基礎，先將商業流程之訂單雛形系統塑模分析，以微軟SOA服務匯流排解決方案，實作服務導向分析設計、服務開發、部署與管理等過程，應用服務導向的架構模型與Web Services的整合能力，所設計的商業流程系統具有鬆散耦合與可重用軟體元件特性，並說明以服務導向架構所設計的商業流程系統，可以提供一個靈活可隨機應變的系統架構。

Along with the information technology advance and business environment change, business process system by the tightly coupled design had following issue: (1).Workflow engine with heterogeneous computing system integrate difficulty. (2).Enterprise application integration has so many exchange variety data formats. (3).B2B integration standards are complicated but only limited use. To solve the problems, the study use web services of distributed processing technology, using service-oriented architecture to construct business process system, has below characteristic: (1).Supports thin client access design. (2).Supports information system source integration provides. (3).Supports B2B message oriented integration. (4).Supports heterogeneous computing system integration. (5). Supports dynamic adjust business process flow.
This study follows the MDA software development lifecycle foundation, to analysis the business process models first, then use the Microsoft SOA solution to development of service oriented analysis and design、service design、services deployment and management. The application using service oriented architecture framework and web services technology integration ability, to design the business process management system has the loosely coupled processing and reuse software component parts. And illustrated the construct service-oriented architecture of business process management system can provide on demand adjustment to business environment any kind of change.
