本論文主要在研究具有空間向量脈波寬度調變的直接轉矩控制法來控制永磁同步馬達,並利用數位訊號微控制器(dsPIC)來完成實驗架構,藉著數位訊號微控制器高精確與可靠及不易受溫度變化和雜訊干擾之特性,以實現全數位化永磁同步馬達之驅動器系統。
傳統直接轉矩控制方法中,受限於輸出只有六個有效與兩個零輸出電壓向量可選擇,無法切換出相當平
順的弦波電壓供給永磁同步馬達,造成馬達在運轉時轉矩連波
變大的缺點。因此,本論文針對傳統直接轉矩控制法於馬達運轉時有著轉矩連波較大的問題,採用以空間電壓向量脈波寬度調變的輸出方式,改善傳統選擇電壓向量表無法輸出平順弦波電壓的缺點,進而改善馬達運轉時之轉矩連波等問題。
本論文所設計的全數位化永磁同步馬達驅動器的實現使用dsPIC30F4011做為整個系統的主要核心,而非文獻一般常用的DSP或FPGA,使得整體驅動系統的開發成本大大地降低,對於經濟效益的成本考量上,本系統的確具有相當高的競爭力。
This thesis presents a space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) direct torque control (DTC) system to control the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) based on a dsPIC30F4011 digital signal microcontroller. The digitalized PMSM control system was implemented by using dsPIC with advantages such as high precision and reliability. Problems caused by the variation of temperature or noise can be improved.
Observing traditional direct torque control, because of only six effective and two zero output voltage vector that could be chosen, it is difficult to produce a sinusoidal voltage to permanent magnet synchronous motor. Nonsinusoidal input voltage may result in torque ripple. To overcome the problem, this study proposes Space Voltage Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) to reduce the torque ripple.
To verify the effectiveness of the proposed torque ripple minimization method, a prototype PMSM drive system is built. Experimental results show that the torque ripple is much improved as expected.
