本研究主旨在提供高解析度的台灣地區大氣邊界層擴散模式的模擬與分析,期能經由提供較高解析度的大氣邊界層資訊,而有助於對台灣地區的污染物傳送與擴散之模擬及台灣地區空氣品質問題的探討。本研究使用目前被國內廣泛應用的中尺度氣象模式(MM5),進行模擬,大氣邊界層內垂直解析至少可以提供十層解析(解析度可達50公尺),以了解北台灣地區與大台北地區大氣邊界層的環流特徵。再將MM5與空氣動力擴散模式,中央大學中尺度數值模式(CUMM)進行整合應用,希望能發展出一套適用於北台灣地區之高解析度的大氣擴散模組。另外同樣使用MM5模式與全方位空品模式CAMx做整合應用,希望能藉由此結合界面的完成,建立一個研究全台灣空氣品質惡化事件的研究模組,以進一步對台灣的污染現象做更深入的研究。
本文高解析度的擴散模擬顯示,大屯山區的擴散現象呈現非常細微的地形效應。在冬季東北風的個案(96/12/01),核一廠、核二廠的污染物大約在2小時後就會進入到台北盆地,而濃度大約是百分之一,其中核一廠的連續排放源污染物在排放後30分鐘已進入台北市南港、中山區一帶。在北風的個案(98/11/09)中,我們發現核二廠污染物排放後,經過45分鐘已到達南港、松山區,而1小時後則到達古亭、永和。而在東風個案中(98/11/13、99/01/26),污染物的傳遞現象幾乎都是繞流過大屯山區,被流場帶往桃園、中壢外海一帶。
至於空品模式的模擬,本文已完成MM5與CAMx之間的轉換界面並進行模擬。但定性上來說,台灣西部臭氧的模擬,反應出日夜變化,及北部的極大值,但高雄地區的極大值卻沒有模擬的很好,同時在中央山脈區的濃度值亦偏低,此外模擬的NO2濃度值明顯偏高許多(未圖示),造成模擬偏差行為的因素很多,例如排放源、初始場…等,日後將進一步研究了解。
