  • 隨著台灣百貨零售業快速發展,服務業面臨招募與留才困難,尤其年輕世代對從事服務業意願低落,導致基層缺工與中階主管工作負擔加重,影響其工作滿意度與組織承諾。本研究以台灣百貨零售服務業為對象,透過問卷蒐集資訊,探討組織支持、組織公平與工作滿意度之間的關係,也檢視工作滿意度與建言與助人行為等組織公民行為的之間的關係。研究結果顯示組織支持、組織公平與工作滿意度有正向的關係,工作滿意度與建言及助人行為有正向的關係。針對研究結論,本研究提出管理意涵與未來研究之建議。


    To better understand work behavior in the retailing industry, this study explores the relationships among organizational support, perceived organizational justice, job satisfaction, voice, and helping behavior with the sample of employees from department stores in Taiwan. Data were collected through the online survey and analyzed. It is found that both organizational support and perceived organizational justice are positively related to employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is also positively related to voice as well as helping behavior. Drawn on the findings, managerial implications and suggestions for future research are thus discussed.
