  • 隨著人類基因體計畫的完成,生物研究進入後基因體時代,研究焦點在功能性的基因體學與蛋白體學。由於高產力技術的發展,生物實驗室產生大量的蛋白質交互作用與生物晶片實驗資料,亟待進一步的分析,發現新的生物知識。但是蛋白質交互作用網路與生物晶片資料龐大複雜,必須透過資料的過濾、群聚與視覺化讓使用者能掌握資料的訊息得以進一步的分析。在此論文我們實作一個蛋白質體的視覺化系統來幫助生物研究者在這些資料的分析。此系統整合諸如蛋白質交互作用、基因交互作用、蛋白質作用位置與其生物晶片等資料,並提供過濾分析資料時所需的群聚演算法介面。
