本研究調查台灣地區224家已導入或者正在導入ERP套裝軟體的製造業和服務業,以了解ERP套裝軟體在企業內的使用狀況、原因、導入動機、導入經驗,以及客製化狀況。本研究並檢定173家ERP系統已上線的企業,客製化的外掛程式、導入狀況以及國內外ERP系統對ERP套裝軟體滿意度的差異。
