台灣校園的實驗室有各式各樣的研究成果,但校園師生將這些研究成果拿來創業成功者卻不多,到底是什麼的原因導致這樣的結果呢?我們希望透過觀察校園創業團隊在其創業初期歷程中的策略作為,來了解校園創業活動的面貌。進而希望能提出一些建議,讓這股創新的動力能夠在校園中茁壯,進一步為台灣社會經濟帶來一番新局。故藉由「意會活動」及「實質選擇權」兩大工具及前期紮根研究,本研究欲發展量化工具探討大學校園創業團隊如何進行意會活動,並分析探討該意會活動與實質選擇權之間的關係,如何影響其事業發展,及是否會帶動其事業價值。此外,我們會進而分析探討意會活動與實質選擇權之間的關係,並進行定量化的過程。研究結果部份,我們會嘗試以三個關鍵問題來引導實務界運用本研究的分析結果。第一個關鍵問題,創業團隊應該如何監控創業機會價值的變化?本研究建議可由實質選擇權價值來分析這個問題。第二個關鍵問題,應從
事哪些努力才能驅動有利的實質選擇權徵兆?我們也建議可由意會活動來分析此問題。第三個關鍵問題,對特定實質選擇權徵兆有明顯作用的意會活動項目為何?附帶的,能彼此相輔相成的意會活動組合為何?為回答此問題,我們在第七章將所有測量結構關係彙總,以利實務應用。
