建立不接觸檢驗一直是醫學上努力的目標,在西醫方面有很
多的不接觸檢驗方式,反而中醫方面很少有不接觸檢驗的輔助工具
,也沒有很多的突破。因此,我們已能利用Moire 技術來量測脈搏
的振動,我們將進一步量測出脈動模(vibration mode)形式及頻
率大小,因為每個人身體健康與生病時脈搏振動模及頻率都不相同
,根據這些不相同的模及變化量與中醫師經由臨床經驗把脈得知的
身體健康狀況對照可對應出病症,這樣一組數據值即是脈象Moire
疊紋與病人病症之相關聯性,因此可以利用脈象Moire 疊紋來達成
不接觸檢驗的目標並創造一個有科學根據的中醫檢驗方式。
一般可以利用光柵來產生疊紋,也可以利用干涉的方法來產生
光柵進而產生疊紋,而其方法有很多種。我們利用投影疊紋的方法
使疊紋的雜訊盡量小,其次CCD 攝影機將疊紋影像擷取到電腦,再
利用電腦進行數位影像處理。
其次要建立疊紋變化與脈振動頻率之數學模式,進而利用電腦
完成程式來處理影像的振動頻率及振幅模,而這些數據將與中醫實際
把脈的診斷比對可建立Moire 診療專家系統,往後只要根據Moire 疊
紋及協助醫師進行非接觸性診療。
當然我們要克服的問題有很多如:要用多大密度的光柵才能
量測出脈搏或者要如何做才能產生密度高的干涉條紋這些都是我們
要一一克服的問題,還有CCD 攝影機的解析度是否合用所擷取的影
像是否夠清晰,因為我們要量測的是很細微的脈動。
而這些問題我想我們有能力去解決,而這個研究相當有趣希望
我們能達成我們最終的目標,這也是我們做此論文最感興趣的地方。
