本論文以多重反射式面鏡的方式搭配不同的高功率白光LED來設計汽機車前燈。設計步驟如下:首先建立光源之光學模型並驗證之;其次運用所建立之光學模型設計車燈光形,目標為符合25m歐規汽機車頭燈之光形。
本論文以兩款不同公司所製造之Lambertian LED來設計機車前燈,由於兩款LED光源本身之幾何架構以及etendue並不相同,因此所設計出來的結果也不一樣,論文中也有其容忍度的分析。
汽車頭燈是以設計出來的機車頭燈模型來做進一步設計,利用光形疊加的方式來達到法規之要求。
在論文中,我們成功的設計出符合25m歐規車輛法規之汽機車頭燈。
This thesis presents a LED headlamp design that satisfies the ECE regulation. We apply mid-filed evaluation algorithm to model the LED used as the light source. Then we design a vehicle headlamps with multiple-reflector(MR) based on the LED model. Besides, we simulate the light pattern at 25m and evaluate the pattern with the ECE regulation.
