在本文中所使用的電色材料為三氧化鎢,是因三氧化鎢相對於其他電色材料有較高的變色效率,所以使用作為研究對象。本文將探討,利用電子束蒸鍍三氧化鎢薄膜,在不同參數條件下,對電色效應的影響;這些蒸鍍條件有:三氧化鎢膜厚度,蒸鍍氣壓,蒸鍍溫度,蒸鍍速率,退火處理前後。藉由這些探討,找到最佳之蒸鍍參數,以期達到最佳的變色效率。
