本系統將運用以服務導向技術(Service-Oriented Technology)為基礎之架構來達成先進的車隊管理系統，讓不論是車隊管理中心、駕駛、或乘客，皆可透過本系統即時取得適合的加值服務。在此系統中包含以下的機制與技術：

In this thesis, we will make use of service-oriented technology for the basic architecture to reach the advanced fleet management system. For the objective realized, whatever you are the role of the control center, driver, or passenger, it can provide the proper add-on value services by accessing the FMS system.
