無線通訊技術在近年來的發展突飛猛進,各種通訊協定陸續制定,應用在不同的環境,讓人們可以隨時隨地享受溝通的樂趣。因此,整合各種通訊協定之特性以達到網路環境效能的提升,以滿足使用者不同的需求。
本文在WiMAX與Wi-Fi異質性Two tier網路架構下,提出幾種行動管理機制,使用者可以任意的在WiMAX與Wi-Fi區域漫遊,考量WiMAX與Wi-Fi系統之頻寬與阻絕率、斷話率,並針對傳輸資料的類型加以區別,做適當的行動管理,讓不同類型之使用者能得到適合的服務,兼顧費用與服務品質,以達到使用者最佳的效益。
Wireless communication technology has been in progress rapidly in the recent years. Each kind of communication protocols applied in the different environment was established one after another. People can enjoy the pleasure of communication every time and every where. Therefore, we integrate the characteristics of each communication protocol to promote efficient network to satisfy different kinds of user’s requirement.
This thesis is discussed under WiMAX and Wi-Fi heterogeneous two tier network architecture, and we propose several mobility management schemes. Users can roam in the area of WiMAX and Wi-Fi . We consider the network performance in terms of bandwidth , blocking and dropping probability in WiMAX and Wi-Fi systems. According to the above conditions, we propose a proper mobility management scheme. Therefore, different kinds of users can obtain the suitable service, with respect to the cost and quality to get best benefit.
